Pioneer's Daily Memo Updated 1.8

Updated Pioneer's Daily Memo with the following changes: • Added color to Surveyor character level. • Updated seed data. • Tweaked Collector table design. • Fixed deleting character on Surveyor breaking the order. • Fixed dropdown on dialog boxes. I would also like to take this opportunity to promote a Daily Memo's Tab since I have noticed several players are looking for a Family Level Calculator. It is named Surveyor and included in the Daily Memo since it uses the same data with the other Daily Memo Tabs. There is also a hidden functionality within that allows you to compute the family level if you have characters that have attained Grand Master although I cannot vouch for the data's accuracy since it is very old.
